I always knew you weren't happy. But you always put on a hell of a show.

I've only seen 4 things on this and none are reputable sources. I hope that they are wrong.

I knew he took his last TV show, The Crazy Ones, because he was low on money. That may have had something to do with his depression.

Unfortunately it doesn't appear so. Damn shame. Suicide is awful. I've struggled with depression myself, still do sometimes, come close in the past. Looking at it from the outside it always seems people have it good. Brains can be shitty sometimes.

They say that the funniest people are often the most depressed. RIP.
He was one of my childhood favorites. Mrs. Doubtfire, Flubber, etc.

I just heard about it on the Colorado Springs evening news. He could always make me laugh. What a loss.

HuffPo is reporting it and they've posted a release by the police so I'm afraid that it's probably legit.

Well...shit. That's terrible.

Whoa.
I thought this post was yet another unfunny celebrity death joke, until I saw the other two above it here on Oppo.
I hate to say that I was not surprised at the manner in which he apparently died.

I actually kinda liked The Crazy Ones. It felt like for at least part of each episode they just let Robin be Robin, which was reenforced by the gag reel during the credits.

No...damn it.

My wife told me when I got home and I didn't believe her because she said she read it on the internet but damn. Usually she believes all those hoax death sites, so I didn't believe her right away. But damn.
Damn.

He even had a little Jalop about him, at least early on:
In a 1979 TIME cover on his rise to fame as Mork in ABC's Mork & Mindy , Williams said he was going to stick to driving his 1966 Land Rover as opposed to a flashier car like a Mercedes or a Rolls Royce because "I can't deal with new cars. I like a car that's like me —you never know what's going to happen next."
I'm not usually much for sentimentality, esp. regarding people I've never met, but damn, it's been awful dusty in here for the last day. Thanks for all the laughs, you magnificent, brilliant clown.
